You will be able to access NTS through your mobile, tablet and/or laptop, so make sure you bring your preferred device/s.

I have special dietary requirements; how can I make sure there will be suitable food for me to eat at lunch-time and tea breaks?

If you have special dietary requirements please email us with details no later than 23 Feb.

Are there any special accommodation deals available to Delegates?

Yes, CQ Hotels have a special deal for delegates, click here for details.

I am pitching. Do I need to register as a delegate?

That depends. If you are taking part in a pitch then you are welcome (and encouraged) to stay and watch pitches before and after yours, within the same pitch session. If you intend to attend any other sessions (including pitch sessions, panel discussions, drinks, lunch and/or tea breaks), you do need to register as a delegate for the full day/s in which you plan to attend the additional sessions.

Can I meet up with friends and colleagues at the Arts Market?

The Arts Market provides a unique networking opportunity and we encourage you to make the most of this time to network with delegates. Only registered delegates are permitted to attend the Arts Market. This includes drinks, forums, pitch sessions, lunch and tea breaks. If you are meeting friends and colleagues who are not registered delegates of PANNZ Arts Market 2018, please make arrangements to meet them off-site.

How can I register expressions of interest on event day?

Presenters will be able to submit expressions of interest via the National Touring Selector (NTS) website as in previous years. A representative from National Touring Selector will be on site to ensure a smooth process and answer any questions you may have on the day.
